Rule 44
Monitoring and Inspection of Children's Correctional Homes
(1) _ The District Child Justice Committee is regular in the Children's Correctional Home. Will monitor and inspect.
(2) Juvenile Court, Attorney General's Office, Ministry, Ministry of Home Affairs, Council and Central Juvenile Justice Committee may make action plans and conduct monitoring and emergency inspections of juvenile correctional homes according to their needs.
(3) The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and related local levels can also monitor and inspect the schools operating within the Children's Correctional Home.
(4) According to sub-rules (1), (2) and (3) during the monitoring and inspection, the Children's Correctional Home of the standards prescribed by the prevailing law. In case of non-compliance, the necessary instructions for compliance: should be given and if it is found that there is an action contrary to the prevailing law in such children's correctional home, it should be recommended to the relevant agency for action.
(5) The relevant person and the juvenile correctional home shall follow the instructions as per sub-rule (4).
(6) The monitoring and inspection officer in the Children's Correctional Home shall follow the child protection standards implemented by the Children's Correctional Home. (7) The monitoring and inspection officer in the juvenile correctional home shall submit the monitoring and inspection report to the agency assigned to him.
(8) The Children's Correctional Home shall comply with the instructions given by the Juvenile Court during monitoring and inspection in accordance with Section 43 of the Act.
