(1) For the rescue and protection and assistance of children who are victims of violence against children and who are at risk, the Ministry will operate and expand the child helpline service in the number and location as required.
(2) The council may operate child helpline services in coordination with non-governmental organizations as per sub-rule (1). (3) According to sub-rule (1), the Council may enter into an agreement with a non-governmental organization for the operation of child helpline services.
(4) The Government of Nepal through the Council may provide program grant support to the organization to operate the child helpline service as per the need.
