Rule 25
Arrangements to be adopted in relation to the health and safety of the child
According to section 11 of the Act, the manager shall adopt the following arrangements in relation to the health and safety of the child working in the establishment:-
(a) Cleaning the work place every day, using pesticides as needed, arranging for proper drainage and applying paint from time to time, making proper arrangements to remove odors from garbage and dirt, (b) arranging for adequate air, light and suitable temperature in the working room. ,
(c) Do not allow dust, fumes, polluted air, steam and other harmful substances to accumulate in the working room, which may adversely affect health. (d) Provision of drinking water in sufficient quantity,
(e) Arranging separate toilets for boys and girls at suitable places,
(f) Keeping fire-fighting equipment as necessary to protect against fire,
(g) To set up chamenagriha at subsidized rates within the arm of the institution,
(h) The child shall not be lifted or carried or carried in excess of fifteen kilograms in weight,
(i) Teaching to follow safety rules to avoid and save in the course of work and
(j) Arrangement of rest between working hours by arranging shifts.
