Rule 40
Rescue and treatment of children
(1) In case of any kind of violence against children, the Children's Correctional Home shall immediately rescue the children suffering from such violence and provide necessary medical treatment and psychosocial services.
(2) In case of violence against the children in the children's correctional home, which is considered a crime according to the prevailing law, it must be sent in writing to the relevant agency for action.
