Rule 30
Children's Mental Health
(1) The child correctional home shall arrange for the treatment of children with mental health problems in a mental health institution on the recommendation of a mental health worker.
(2) If the health worker recommends that the child who is undergoing mental health treatment should continue the treatment after leaving the child correctional home, the child correctional home shall arrange the treatment in coordination with the child's parents, guardians or the relevant local level child welfare officer.
