Rule 58
If the child cannot be taken care of
If the child sent for alternative care arrangements or the family or organization protecting him/her submits an application to the child welfare officer with reasons for not being able to stay or keep him/her, the child welfare officer shall again arrange care arrangements on the basis of priority according to subsection (2) of section 49 of the Act.
