Rule 14
Child Friendly Behavior
(1) Persons working in organizations related to children should use child-friendly speech and behavior while providing services to children.
(2) Organizations related to children should provide necessary training to the employees of that organization regarding child rights, child-friendly behavior and child protection. (3) Organizations related to children should make services provided to children and physical structures and materials used by children child-friendly.
(4) The Ministry will create and implement standards related to the services and facilities used by children.
