(1) For the purposes of Section 15 of the Act, the person who has obtained the permit shall arrange the accommodation of the workers and employees involved in the production, transmission or distribution of electricity.
(2) The person who has received the license shall allocate the amount of two percent of the net profit made in each financial year and distribute the bonus to the related workers and employees. But the bonus to be distributed in that way will not exceed the amount of the annual salary received by the employee.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the amount remaining after the distribution of the amount allocated for bonus shall be established by the licensee and deposited in the employee welfare fund.
(4) The operation of the fund under sub-rule (3) shall be as determined by the person who has obtained the license.
(5) Except as mentioned in this regulation, other matters related to bonus shall be in accordance with the prevailing law.
