(1) An agency that wants to be listed as an advertising agency in the board should submit an application in the format as per the schedule along with the following details along with a fee of five thousand rupees to be listed:-
(a) Certificates registered in accordance with prevailing laws for the purpose of advertising and renewal documents,
(b) Tax payment certificate upto last financial year,
(c) a statement showing the annual turnover and capital structure of such agency,
(d) Other documents and details prescribed by the Board. (2) If the statement and details received according to sub-rule (1) are found to be appropriate, the board shall list the name of such organization and make it public.
(3) The advertisement agency listed under sub-rule (2) shall renew by the end of January of each financial year by paying a renewal fee of one thousand rupees.
