(1) According to the advertisement published by the commission, if the relevant body makes a written request to maintain or modify such advertisement before the examination, the commission may cancel or amend such advertisement.
(2) If there is any kind of irregularity in the center where the examination is conducted by the Commission, or if any obstacle arises and the examination cannot be conducted partially or completely, the Commission may cancel or postpone the examination in part or in whole of the related advertisement.
