Rule 67
Must appear after leave
(1) A military person who is on leave must report for duty after the leave is paid, and if the day on which the leave is paid falls on a public holiday, he must report on the next day.
(2) If a military person fails to appear after the sanctioned leave has been paid, if he comes to appear later with a valid reason for his absence, a maximum of thirty days of leave may be deducted from his accumulated leave. However, if the mental reason cannot be presented, action will be taken according to the law for the offense related to cheating.
