(1) Postal representatives, distributors and mail carriers working in additional posts shall get the following leave:
(a) Six days of accrued leave per annum (b) Sick leave twelve days per annum,
(c) Home leave twenty-four days a year,
(d) Maternity leave for a maximum of two children of thirty days for each child,
(e) Kiriya leave for fifteen days.

(2) Home leave cannot be taken for more than seven days at a time.

(3) Vacation and home leave accumulated for the next year. It cannot be done.

(4) Hula representatives, distributors and stamp carriers should not be absent from their offices without taking leave except for reasonable reasons. Postal representatives, distributors and stamp carriers who are absent from office due to special reasons must submit an application for leave to the concerned authority within seven days.
