(1) For the purpose of Section 26 of the Act, if the court is closed for a period of three days or more, the full meeting of the court shall appoint a judge to hear the petition for the prisoner's identification for the period of such leave.
(2) When appointing a judge according to sub-rule (1), in a court having more than one judge, any judge can be appointed alternately. (3) According to sub-rule (1), the information appointed by the judge shall be given to the concerned High Court and the Supreme Court. (4) According to sub-rule (1) the Khrestedar will arrange the necessary staff for the support of the judge. (5) According to sub-rule (1), the employee who is employed during the leave period will be provided with an additional amount equal to the salary and allowance for that period.
