(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act, if the personal information of a person in an electronic medium is to be used in any way by any other person, the consent of the concerned person shall be obtained.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act, the information contained in the electronic medium in any agency or organization shall be kept confidential and secure so that no unauthorized access is possible to the person other than the person who has access in accordance with the law.
