(1) Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this regulation, the person who receives the jewelry is not guilty of corruption, coercion, human trafficking and trafficking, illegal drugs. If he has been sentenced by the court for selling or transporting, money laundering, passport misuse, kidnapping or other criminal offense of moral turpitude, such a person will not be allowed to participate in the beautification ceremony or receive jewellery.
(2) If the person as per sub-rule (1) has already accepted the grant, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall order the return of such grant.
(3) The Ministry of Home Affairs shall update and keep the records as per sub-rules (1) and (2).
