The running bill or any other bill submitted by the builder, supplier, service provider or consultant for payment in accordance with this rule shall mention at least the following:-
(a) Date of bill or bill,
(b) name and address of supplier, builder, service provider or consultant,
(c) Purchase Agreement,
(d) description of the goods or services supplied or the measurement, size, quantity and value of the works completed,
(e) _ Conditions of Shipment and Payment,
(f) Necessary documents to be submitted along with the bill or invoice according to the purchase agreement,
(G) In case of purchase of goods, shipping or other necessary documents in the format prescribed by the public body in accordance with the instructions given in the purchase order, purchase agreement or bid acceptance letter along with the bill or invoice, and
(h) Your contact address.
(2) After receiving the bill or invoice according to sub-rule (1), the public body shall check whether such bill or invoice is in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the purchase agreement and if it is not in accordance with it, it shall immediately give the information to the relevant supplier, builder, service provider or consultant.
