Rule 34
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Seed Analyst
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Seed Analyst shall be as follows:-
(a) Testing the samples of seeds and providing the results to the concerned parties in the format as per Schedule-14 by charging the service fee as approved by the Government of Nepal or the committee.
(b) To send at least ten percent of the samples received in the laboratory to the central seed testing laboratory as prescribed.
(c) Test the intermediate sample sent by the Central Seed Testing Laboratory and send a report.
(d) To store the guard sample received for testing in a safe manner so that the quality of the seed is maintained for at least one year after testing.
(e) To implement the suggestions and instructions given by the Committee, Central Seed Testing Laboratory regarding seed testing.
