(1) After approval, release and registration of seeds of a new breed, the sub-committee for breed approval, release and registration shall keep a record of the same in the format as per schedule-2.
(2) After the approval, release and registration of the seeds of the new breed, the Breed Approval, Release and Registration Sub-Committee shall issue a certificate to the relevant breeder in the format as per Schedule-3 and keep the records.
(3) Once the notified seed variety is found to be unsuitable or not necessary, such seed variety must be removed from the notified seed records and the notice thereof shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
