12:1 The Ministry may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and set the minimum quality limit for any seed after consulting the committee. 12.2 The Ministry may publish information on its website and through other appropriate means and determine the minimum quality of any seed in consultation with the Committee among the registered seeds in accordance with sub-section 11.2 of Section 11. 12.3 The Ministry of the State may, by publishing a notice in the State Gazette, set the minimum quality limit for any seed seed among the notified or registered seed seeds in accordance with sub-section 11.3 of Section 11, after consultation with the State Seed Seed Committee.
