Section 24
Work, Duties and Powers of Beruzu Fachhrout Committee
The work, duties and rights of Beruzu Fachhrout Committee constituted as per Section 23 shall be as follows:-
(a) Any constitutional organs and agencies, ministries, secretariats, departments, courts or offices that could not be audited through normal regular procedures, except for irregularities that were determined to be due to drafts, embezzlement and recovery from the audit. If there is a recommendation for the purpose, based on the justification, the cost of such beruzu will be deducted regularly or monthly.
(b) In case the amounts recommended for embezzlement according to clause (a) cannot be embezzled, to send the amount of embezzlement to the relevant constitutional organs and bodies, ministries or secretariats in writing for regular or collection.
