(1) In order to weed out those who cannot be weeded out through the normal process, the government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and establish an unruly weeding committee with the following persons as members from time to time after taking the opinion of the Public Accounts Committee and the Auditor General.
(a) Members of Committees appointed by the Public Accounts Committee – Chairman
(b) Deputy Auditor-General or Deputy Auditor-General appointed by the Auditor-General
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Finance or at least gazetted officer of the first class designated by him – Member
(d) Comptroller General or at least gazetted officer of the first class towards accounts appointed by him – Member
(e) One member of the Chartered Accountants nominated by Nepal Chartered Accountants Association. (f) Person designated by the Government of Nepal - Member - Secretary
(2) The scope of work of the Beruju Fachhrout Committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal after consulting the Auditor General and publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) The procedures to be followed by the illegal fishing committee constituted as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
