(1) The local body shall regulate itself according to the prevailing law (2) The local body shall understand and regulate any office or officer or related person or employee that it does not agree to regulate directly.
(3) In cases where it is necessary to apply according to the existing law, the local body may decide to regularize it on the recommendation of the secretary of the local body, if it is irregular but no damage has been caused. It should be clarified as much as possible that there is no harm in regularization in this way. In the meeting of the council of the local body, the relevant local body should submit all the related details and follow the instructions given by the council.
(4) If the secretary of the local body sees a reasonable reason to regularize the status other than those mentioned in sub-rules (1), (2) and (3) and if it is necessary to give permission to regularize it, the recommendation of the local body can be submitted to the council and given.
