Rule 11
Meeting procedure
: (1) The meeting of the District Child Welfare Committee will be held on the date, time and place as determined by the Chairman of the District Child Welfare Committee.
(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the District Child Welfare Committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the District Child Welfare Committee will be considered to be reached.
(3) The meeting of the District Child Welfare Committee will be presided over by the Chairman of the District Child Welfare Committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present will preside over the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the District Child Welfare Committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the District Child Welfare Committee shall be as determined by the District Child Welfare Committee itself.
