Rule 102
Job Duties and Rights of Legal Practitioners

(1) The salaried legal practitioner shall work in the legal aid branch throughout the office hours.
(2) The duties and rights of the salaried law practitioner shall be as follows:
(a) On the basis of the application given by the parties or in the cases determined by the court, to prepare the necessary legal documents on behalf of the person who is helpless, disabled, minor, economically disadvantaged or incarcerated,
(b) advising the person referred to in clause (a) on matters relating to the matter,
(c) informing the person referred to in clause (a) about the status of the proceedings,
(d) To provide legal aid to the helpless disabled party by visiting the jail appointed by the court.
(3) According to the prevailing law, the behavior to be followed by legal practitioners should also be followed by paid legal practitioners.
(4) A salaried legal practitioner shall be entitled to study, without charge, any document or copy of any document to which legal aid is to be rendered.
(5) The salaried legal practitioner shall submit a report to the court every month detailing the progress of every work he has done, including the difficulties encountered in providing legal aid and the measures to resolve those difficulties.
