(1) If the Government of Nepal feels that the work of the Board is not running smoothly or that the Board has acted contrary to the purpose of the Committee or has violated the instructions given by the Government of Nepal in accordance with this Act, it may issue an order to dissolve the Board.
(2) After the dissolution of the board according to sub-section (1), another board will be formed according to section 8.
(3) After the dissolution of the board according to sub-section (1) until another board is formed according to sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal may also appoint one or more persons to take the action required by the board.
(4) The order issued under sub-section (1) shall be final.
