(1) The Board shall be a self-governing and incorporated body with uninterrupted succession.
(2) There shall be a separate seal for the proceedings of the Board.
(3) The Board may file a complaint in its own name and may also file a complaint against the Board in the same name.
(4) The Board may acquire, consume, sell and otherwise use movable and immovable property like individuals.
(5) The central office of the board will be in Kathmandu valley and the board can establish branch offices in the province.
