Rule 5
Work, Duties and Rights of the Chairman of the Board
: (1) The work, duties and rights of the Chairman of the Board shall be as follows :-
(a) To formulate, execute,
the short-term and long-term policies, plans and programs of the Board (b) to coordinate with domestic, foreign, governmental and non-governmental organizations or individuals affiliated with the Board, (c) To evaluate the progress of the plans and programs related to the examination conducted under the board (d) Monitoring and inspecting the examinations conducted by the Board, conducting,
(e) to prepare proposals to be submitted to the Board,
(f) To cause the annual report of the Board to be prepared.
(2) The chairman of the board may delegate some of the powers he has received to the member-secretary of the board or the authorized staff of the board as needed.
