Rule 3
Work, Duties and Rights of the Board
: In addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned in the Act, the other work, duties and rights of the Board shall be as follows :- (a) To investigate and evaluate the problems seen in the examination system and approve the program for improvement,
(b) Arranging the manpower required by the Board,
(c) To submit to the Ministry for approval the posts of staff required for the Board,
(d) to certify certificates according to the records of the Board (e) To make regulations regarding the services, conditions and facilities of the employees of the Board and submit them to the Ministry for approval (f) To perform other necessary functions relating to the Board.
