: (1) The Board shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Grants and other funds received from the Government of Nepal.
(b) Support, grant or loan received from foreign government or national or international association, organization.
(c) Donations or gifts received from domestic and foreign organizations or individuals.
(d) Support grants or gifts received from associations, organizations or individuals involved in tourism business.
(e) Service fees received for consulting and services provided to tourists and tourism professionals in relation to tourism-related matters.
(f) Amount received from any other source.
(3) Before taking any kind of support, grant, loan, donation, gift or gift from foreign government, international association, organization or foreign association, organization or person, the board shall get the approval of Nepal government.
(4) All expenses incurred on behalf of the Board shall be met from the amount accumulated in the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The operation of the fund of the board shall be as prescribed.
