Board's recommendation or advice
: (1) If someone applies to the relevant body for a permit to operate a business related to tourism business, such body may seek the board's recommendation or advice before granting permission.
(2) If someone applies to the relevant body for permission to operate a hotel, such body may seek the board's recommendation or advice before granting permission to establish and operate the hotel.
