The public body shall mention the following period when mentioning the validity period of the bid or consultancy service proposal in the document related to the bid or the document related to the call for proposals:-
(a) For bids or proposals for consultancy services with an estimated cost up to ten crore rupees - ninety days
(b) one hundred and twenty days for bids or proposals for consultancy services with an estimated cost of more than ten million rupees;
