Rule 48
The authority to approve tenders or sealed quotations
The authority to approve tenders or sealed quotations of the following amounts for construction work or purchase of goods shall be given to the following authorities:-
(a) from the head of the subject branch up to rupees fifty lakhs,
(b) from the Secretary, up to one crore and fifty lakh rupees (c) from the Chairman, up to two crore fifty lakh rupees (d) from the District Development Committee above Rs.25 million.
