Rule 62
Evaluation of the technical aspects of the bid
(1) In accordance with sub-rule (5) of rule 61, the evaluation committee shall evaluate the following matters while evaluating the technical aspect of the bid:-
(a) In the field of supply of goods, construction works or other services,
(b) technical specifications and operational and performance characteristics of the main goods, works or other services, and
(c) Duration of Warranty.
(2) During the evaluation according to sub-rule (1), if there is any difference between the things mentioned in the documents related to the bid and the things mentioned by the bidder in the bid, the evaluation committee shall also mention the difference.
(3) The value of the difference as per sub-rule (2) shall be calculated and maintained in accordance with the basis and method mentioned in the tender documents.
