(1) When purchasing construction work or goods or other services worth more than ten lakh rupees, the purchase must be made through a promissory note.
(2) In the case of procurement through bidding, the procurement shall be carried out through the methods mentioned below:-
(a) Single or two-stage method,
(b) national or international standards,
(c) Pre-qualification or post-qualification method.
