Rule 57
Security of Bid
(1) The public body shall keep the bids or proposals for consulting services received in accordance with this regulation in a safe manner so that no one can open them before the bid opening time.
(2) The public body shall keep the characteristics of the sample submitted with the bid in a confidential and secure manner so that it is not made public before the opening of the bid.
