(1) If a soldier who is a fugitive or missing from military service is arrested or is prosecuted by a military court and is not disqualified for government service in the future, if the service period for which such soldier has reached the pensionable period, then the pension will be received only from the date of the judgment. Such military personnel and their families will not get any facilities from hospital and welfare scheme.
(2) If a pensioner is entitled to a pension according to sub-rule (1), a photo of a non-military uniformed person wearing a non-military uniform should be attached to the pension strap.
