39. Compensation should be given (1) If a service user comes to the office to submit an application, if such application can be registered or not, then immediately register and register the application with the registration number, time and date. It should be given to the petitioner.

(2) If it is not possible to register the inquiry according to sub-rule (1), the reason for the non-acceptance should be stated on the back of the petition and the name, surname, rank and stamp of the office of the petitioner should be returned.

(3) The petitioner who is not satisfied with the darpeeth according to sub-rule (2) can apply to the taluk office of that office and the decision made by the taluk office in that regard will be final.
