Section 96
Determining rent
(1) The fares charged by public vehicles carrying passengers and goods carrying transport services on any road shall be as prescribed.
(2) The maximum weight of the passenger bag that the passenger can carry with him free of charge and the maximum weight and fare of the passenger bag that he can carry with him on payment of fare shall be as specified.
(3) Rent shall not be charged in excess of the rent rate specified in accordance with this clause.
