3. Formation of Bhanu Janmsthal Development Committee: (1) A committee named Bhanu Janmsthal Development Committee will be formed to protect and promote the social, economic and cultural aspects of Bhanu Janmsthal and develop it as a unique center of Nepali language and literature.

(2) The following members will be in the committee:-
(a) Person appointed by the Government of Nepal – Chairman
(B) Member of Parliament of the area related to Bhanu birth place - Member
(c) Chairman, Tanahun District Development Committee – Member
(d) Chairman, Bhanu Village Development Committee – Member
(e) Chairman, Tanahunsur Village Development Committee – Member
(f) Chairman, Warabhanjyang Village Development Committee – Member
(G) Chief District Officer, District Administration Office, Tanahun – Member
(h) Chief, Mail Office, Tanahun – Member
(i) Representative, Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture – Member
(j) Three persons nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the people who have made a special contribution in the field of Bhanu birthplace and Nepali language and literature - members
(k) Executive Director – Member – Secretary
(3) The term of office of the chairman and nominated members shall be two years and they may be re-nominated.
(4) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and make necessary additions, reductions or changes in the members of the committee.
