2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order, –

(a) “Committee” means the Bhanu Birthplace Development Committee constituted under section 3.
(b) "Bhanu Birthplace" means the following areas:-

9Gya0 Bhanu Village Development Committee Ward No. Areas of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Ward No. 9 of Tanahun Sur Village Development Committee. Areas of 1 9h0 Bar Bhanjyang Village Development Committee Ward No. Zones 4, 5, 6 and 8.

Boundary Area:

East – Masryangadi River West – Palyangkhola North – Foundi River South – Varabhanjang Hills

c) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(e) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director appointed as per Section 6.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
