If the mortgagee secures a debt obligation to be paid by the mortgagor in the future, the right of the lienholder shall be entitled to the lienholder's right to the extent of the delivery after twenty-one days from the date on which the lienholder actually becomes aware of the lienholder's right or the date on which notice of the lienholder's right is registered with the registration office, whichever is earlier. Priority will be given to mortgage rights.
