Section 57
Offense related to gambling
If any of the following acts are committed, it will be considered as committing an offense related to gambling:-
(a) knowing or believing anything to be false, makes such false accusation against a person within the jurisdiction of this Act without reasonable excuse,
(b) If, knowing that something is false, or having reason to believe it, despite having reason to believe it, he makes a complaint under section 27 or makes a false statement, or knowingly conceals the facts of the information in connection therewith, in such a way as to injure the character of any person within the jurisdiction of this Act.
