The Land Act, 2021,-
(1) In sub-section (1) of section 53, instead of the words "according to section 4 and 6 of the Special Courts Act, 2059", the words "according to the Special Courts Act, 2059" have been substituted.
(2) In place of the words "of the House of Representatives" in section 62, the words "of the Legislature - Parliament" have been placed.
(3) The word “dominion” in the place “place” has been struck out
