(1) The government of Nepal will formulate and implement the necessary standards regarding the use of underground water.
(2) The provincial government and the local level subject to the standards as per sub-section (1) may make the necessary standards for their respective areas.
(3) Subsection (1). It will be the duty of all concerned to comply with the following standards.
