Rule 35
Expenditure for the development of Bhipari
The municipality may spend up to one percent of the total amount collected from taxes, fees, service charges, duties and rents within the scope of the approved budget for the development and construction work of Bhipari and if it needs to be spent more than that, it must be approved by the Municipal Council. .
