Rule 54
Bhaipari coming and festival holidays
(1) A military person will be allowed to take a total of twelve days of leave each year, including six days of holiday and six days of festival leave.
(2) One year's holiday and festival leave cannot be accumulated and taken in the next year.
(3) Soldiers who come on holidays and are on festival leave will get full pay.
(4) Holiday and festival holidays cannot be combined with any other holidays except public holidays.
(5) Half a day can also be taken for holidays and festivals. Explanation: For the purposes of this bye-law, "half day" means half of the daily office hours.
