(1) For the purpose of providing facilities in accordance with this regulation, the following officials or employees have been classified as follows:-
(a) President, Vice-President, Prime Minister, Chief Justice, Legislature – Speaker of Parliament, Deputy Prime Minister or Minister – Super-Special Level
(b) Except as mentioned in Clause (a), other officials holding gazetted special category or similar or higher positions – special level
(c) Judges of District Courts or Gazetted First Class or equivalent employees – First Level
(d) Gazetted Second Class and Third Class or equivalent employees – Second Level
(e) Gazetted or similar employees – third level

(f) drivers and unranked employees – fourth level
(2) In order to visit any official or person other than what is written in sub-rule (1), the officer giving such an order shall give the order to open the level of such official or person.
