Unless the subject or context indicates otherwise, in this regulation, "family" means the husband or wife of an official or employee and up to two dependents of an official or employee, and the term includes the father, mother and female official or employee of an official or employee. In case of employee, mother-in-law, father-in-law will also be mentioned.
