(1) If you have to buy a transport ticket for the purpose of visiting the country in connection with government work, the amount of the ticket will be paid. In the event of a visit by means of a specified category of travel, if the visit is made by a means other than air transport, the officials or employees of the first level or above will be given first class travel expenses and other employees or persons will be given second class travel expenses.
(2) If an official cancels the tour after purchasing a ticket for a tour, or if the date of the tour has to be moved, or if such ticket has to be returned by the order of the official who ordered the tour, he/she will receive a refund from the relevant office for the cost of returning the ticket.
(3) If the ticket has to be returned or the date of the air flight is changed and there is no flight on that day, such official or employee will be allowed to collect the amount of taxi, rickshaw, bus fare from the payment office after certifying from the relevant agency.
