Section 62
Special Provisions on Crimes of Corruption, Theft
(1) According to the prevailing law, if an act is deemed to be corruption or theft, it will be considered to have committed an offense related to corruption or theft.
(2) For the purpose of investigating and investigating the offense under sub-section (1) and filing a case, there will be a committee as follows:-
(a) Deputy Attorney General appointed by the Government of Nepal - Chairman
(b) Head of Legal Branch of the Ministry of Defense – Member
(c) A representative of at least military rank of Prad Vivac – Member
(3) The representative mentioned in clause (c) of sub-section (2) shall be a person who is not affiliated with the military court of the related case.
(4) The right to initiate and dispose of cases under sub-section (1) shall be the military special court established in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 119.
(5) The committee referred to in sub-section (2) shall have the authority to investigate and investigate the case in accordance with the prevailing law.
